Doing it

  • We enter the AI's core computer room
    • Introduces itself as Sahramet
  • They hid it after stealing it from the Sivv
    • AI doesn't know who Triune is & can't say if its people hid it before Triune emerged
  • "What happened to the last group from the cult?"
    • Sahramet flickers...
    • The cultists forcibly extracted info from the AI
  • There is a sentinel that Sahramet can deactivate once we download it
    • Says the "Cipher" (gauntlet) is a magical conduit, I should study this later
    • We grab Junk and force it to download the AI
    • After downloading, the AI's hologram changes from the to a human.
      • It's a Prophet of Rovagug, leads the cult of the devourer
      • He's mad at us.
  • The Prophet keeps volunteering info?
    • The gauntlet is ...
    • mother fucker, "we must struggle" and he attacks us
    • opens 4 electrical rifts that shit out air elementals
      • They're done with evocation magic, they are casting spells
      • With enough force, we can destroy the portal-orb things
  • We beat up some elementals. The portals buff them into big ones.
    • Theo uses Arcing Surge to kill two portals at once :)
  • After beating the electric orbs, Sunt summons more.
    • Water orbs! Wierd holographic water spawns too!
    • Theo vapourizes some shit.
  • Fire orbs spawn, fml
    • They look unstable and may explode.
    • lol if you kill the elemental the orb disappears too
  • oh god fire elemental downs Theo
  • The Prophet eats Gowena.
    • There's a heap of blood left. Junk takes a sample (tainted with glitter).
  • Gowena is dead.
  • We return to the ship
    • Corpses of those withered reptile dudes, wtf
    • Volkas & Junk find a new skittermander hanging out w/ Biscuit in the cagro hold ???
    • The new skittermander knows something about Volkas ???
      • She holds out a reptilian pinky toe and asks Volkas if he recognizes it ???
      • Junk smells it. It is rotten.
      • Popo knows Rose? Rose was never out of uniform ?? Rose was wearing a red gown ?? husband returning from war ??
      • POPO SAW A BIG VESK EAT ROSE :O
      • Popo declares Volkas The Wife Eater, Volkas denies.
  • We get 10k credits for a job well done.
